Quality Control Supervisor (QCS)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that staff in production facilities follow all regulations and maintain strict quality and safety standards.

  • Oversee and supervise product development procedures to ensure that those products meet efficiency and quality standards.

  • Devise ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure better quality goods.

  • Specializes in the management and implementation of an organization’s quality assurance and control system to make sure that there is proper execution of product.
     

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the related field

  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office).

  • Ability to read technical drawings (CAD)

  • Familiar with wood, rattan, iron, stainless, and aluminum materials.

  • Willing to learn new duties and technology-related skills as required.

  • Ability to review and evaluate operating procedures and recommend improvements.

  • Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers

  • Identify complex problems and review them relate to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

  • Great knowledge of many materials and patterns of weaving.

02/

Purchasing Supervisor (PS)

Responsibilities

  • Supervises the daily activities of the purchasing function.

  • Maintains relationships with vendors or suppliers and negotiates contracts for more complex purchase orders.

  • Evaluates and analyzes purchasing trend and price trend to identify forecasting demand and minimize purchasing costs.

  • Make a report to a manager about purchasing activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in the related field

  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office)

  • Familiar with wood, rattan, iron, stainless, and aluminum materials.

  • Honest, firm, and assertive.

  • Able to form and maintain a good relationship with suppliers

  • Owns an active driver's license (SIM C)

  • Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers

  • Identify complex problems and review them relate to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

  • Great knowledge of many materials and patterns of weaving.

Supervisor Wood Working Machinery (SWM)

Responsibilities

  • Supervises the daily activities of the woodworking machinery function.

  • Make planning and monitoring of the woodworking machinery.

  • Maintains the machine and areas to keep clean, tidy, and free of unnecessary hazards.

  • Operate the woodworking machinery.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the related field

  • Able to lead a team and be decisive in making decisions.

  • Able to create planning and scheduling

  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office)

  • Familiar with wood or any materials related with woodworking process

  • Proficient in woodworking machineries and its processes

  • Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers

  • Identify complex problems and review them relate to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

  • Great knowledge of many materials and patterns of weaving.

Weaving Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers

  • Identify complex problems and review them relate to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

  • Great knowledge of many materials and patterns of weaving.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in the related field

  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office)

  • Familiar with webbing materials such as Rattan, Abaca, Synthetic Rattan, etc.)

  • Honest, firm, and assertive.

  • Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers

  • Identify complex problems and review them relate to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

  • Great knowledge of many materials and patterns of weaving.

05/

Cost Estimator Officer

Responsibilities

  • Consulting with the team to discuss cost estimates of the products

  • Identifying and quantifying all cost factors involved in the producing the item

  • Reviewing the cost of the Items for Buyer’s products.

  • Estimating and agreeing budgets and timescales with marketing team and customer.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Cost Estimator in the furniture industry.

  • Able to read and understand shop drawings or CAD.

  • Excellent at computer skill (Microsoft Office).

  • Able to use Corel Draw or AutoCAD will be advantageous.

  • Familiar with wood, rattan, iron, stainless and aluminum materials.

  • Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers

  • Identify complex problems and review them relate to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

  • Great knowledge of many materials and patterns of weaving.
