Responsibilities

  • Create planning, budgeting, and monitoring.

  • Able to manage and lead the team with a positive working environment.

  • Identify critical points in the manufacturing process.

  • Oversees the collection and production samples to evaluate quality.

  • Investigate customer complaints regarding quality issues and develop a solution.

  • Verify all processes are conforming to established quality standards and required customer specifications

  • Record, compile and produce inspection reports for analysis and evaluation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Quality Control Manager in furniture industry.

  • Excellent at computer skill (Microsoft Office).

  • Able to lead a team.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficient in writing and speaking English.

  • Understand quality control tools.

  • Experience in working and communicating with customer’s QC Inspector.

  • Familiar with wood, rattan, iron, stainless and aluminum materials.

Production Manager (PM)

Responsibilities

  • Planning and organizing production schedules

  • Overseeing production processes

  • Create a positive working environment and be able to manage the team effectively

  • Scheduling repair and routine maintenance of production equipment

  • Discuss budget expectations with marketing and research & development teams

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Production Manager in the furniture industry.

  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office)

  • Able to lead a team effectively.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficient in writing (priority) and speaking English.

  • Familiar with wood, rattan, iron, stainless, and aluminum materials.

  • Honest, firm, and assertive.

03/

Head of Purchasing and Logistic

Responsibilities

  • Leading the team with a positive working environment

  • Developing and implementing purchasing strategies

  • Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines.

  • Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation

  • Evaluating existing suppliers

  • Oversee daily activities of the purchasing team of sourcing suppliers and purchasing products, equipment, and services

  • Negotiating the price and contract

  • Managing the purchasing budget

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Head of Purchasing & Logistic in the furniture industry

  • Able to lead a team

  • Honest and communicative

  • Strong critical thinking and negotiating skills

  • Able to create planning and scheduling

  • Excellent at computer skills (MS Office)

  • Extensive knowledge of inventory and supply chain management

04/

Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules

  • Collects data and compile reports periodically

  • Ensure the safety of equipment and schedule regular maintenance

  • Oversees the production process

  • Submit reports on performance and progress

  • Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years working experience as a Production Supervisor in the furniture industry

  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office)

  • Able to understand production schedule and manage the team effectively

  • Familiar with wood, rattan, iron, stainless, and aluminum materials.

  • Firm and hardworking

  • Able to lead and manage a team

05/

Cost Estimator Officer

Responsibilities

  • Consulting with the team to discuss cost estimates of the products

  • Identifying and quantifying all cost factors involved in the producing the item

  • Reviewing the cost of the Items for Buyer’s products.

  • Estimating and agreeing budgets and timescales with marketing team and customer.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Cost Estimator in the furniture industry.

  • Able to read and understand shop drawings or CAD.

  • Excellent at computer skill (Microsoft Office).

  • Able to use Corel Draw or AutoCAD will be advantageous.

  • Familiar with wood, rattan, iron, stainless and aluminum materials.
