Production Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Diploma (D3) education.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, specifically in a furniture company.
3. Good understanding of the furniture manufacturing process, including knowledge of machinery and production techniques.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong planning, monitoring, and analytical skills to optimize production processes.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues within the production line efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all aspects of the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff and supervisor.
- Continuously assess production processes and implement improvements to increase productivity and quality.
- Ensure that all products meet the required standards.
- Oversee the production budget.
Quality Control Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Diploma (D3) education.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, specifically in a furniture company.
- Good understanding of the furniture manufacturing process and industry standards.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to effectively convey quality standards and expectations to team members and suppliers.
- Proficient in planning, monitoring, and analyzing quality control processes and results.
- Good knowledge of the quality of raw materials such as rattan, wood, iron, stainless steel and aluminum.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards to ensure product quality.
- Oversee the inspection and testing of materials and products to ensure they meet quality specifications and standards.
- Continuously assess and improve quality control processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality of all raw materials.
- Lead and train the QC team.
Cost Estimator
Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma or Vocational School (SMA/SMK).
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in a furniture company.
- Ability to calculate the cost of goods sold for furniture products accurately.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding furniture technical drawings.
- Familiar with the specifications of materials used in furniture production, including rattan, wood, iron, stainless steel, and aluminum.
- Proficient in MS Office.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and prepare cost estimates for furniture products.
- Evaluate costs of different materials and propose cost-effective alternatives when necessary.
- Work closely with the design and marketing team to understand product specifications and requirements, whether for internal product development or client's requirements.
- Collaborate with purchasing department and external suppliers to obtain pricing and material information.
